From AI Pilots to Enterprise Reality: Securing the Age of Agentic AI

While AI investment continues to surge, the majority of transformative initiatives remain stuck in pilot mode. For many organisations, the barrier is no longer model capability but trust, specifically around data ownership, governance, and accountability in increasingly autonomous AI systems.

As AI evolves toward agentic architectures capable of acting, deciding and interacting across enterprise systems, traditional identity, access and security models are being challenged. Questions around who, or what, is responsible for AI-driven actions, how AI agents should be governed, and how organisations maintain control over sensitive data and the vast number of non human identities associated with AI agents, are becoming critical to moving from experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment.

This roundtable will bring together senior AI, data and security leaders responsible for operationalising AI across the organisation. Through a candid discussion, we will explore the governance, identity and security foundations required to unlock AI at scale, and what must change in how organisations manage access, accountability and trust in the age of autonomous AI agents.

Practical Ways to Increase AI Adoption Through AI Governance

Companies face pressure to adopt AI technology as fast as possible, yet face major challenges to keep their environments secure. Are we confident that the dataset we grant Agents access to, or the tools and other agents they can leverage do not contain any sensitive data, like secrets that agents can leverage to operate beyond their intended scope? What AI technology do we deem safe? What AI technology do we want to block? How do we tackle shadow AI usage?

Many companies struggle to find a balance between safe adoption, leveraging bleeding-edge technology to keep ahead of competition, and increasing audit requirements. Let’s explore how to create an environment where the adoption of new agents and new agentic technology comes with the least amount of friction, limits the introduction of new risks and keeps you in control.
