CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUCCESS IN GERMANY FOR INFOTEAM INTERNATIONAL

Infoteam International added further strings to its bow this month with the launch of a new Customer Experience event in Munich, Germany, which was followed a couple of weeks later with a similar, follow-up event in the UK.

Sponsored by networking partner, TeamViewer, the event in Munich aimed at the DACH region linked Infoteam’s organisational and facilitation expertise with TeamViewer’s market-leading technology and software, to produce an experience that everyone present will remember.

Delegates came from across Germany and central Europe, with Fiat Chrysler, Siemens, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Bang & Olufsen amongst more than a dozen companies whose Senior Management teams were represented.

Focusing on how companies are digitally transforming their customer service model more and more by the year, an opening panel discussion was chaired by Siemens Healthcare’s Yvonne Linz. There was lively discussion and debate as to the lengths that organisations are going to and questions as to how far this could, and should, go in the future.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) was naturally a significant part of the discussion with caution married to excitement at what may be possible in this particular area.

 

 

Notable presentations followed from specially selected delegates before TeamViewer’s Julian Doelfs wrapped things up by explaining how their new developments could aid multi-industry businesses, especially in relation to after-sales and incrementally improving the bottom-line of the balance sheet.

Following the afternoon discussions, delegates enjoyed a three-course dinner where they were able to network and further talk about the day’s topics of debate.
The event was preceded by a visit by InfoTeam representatives to TeamViewer’s Headquarters, in Göppingen, near Stuttgart. Director Joan Tolentino and DPO and Marketing Advisor Paul Binning were treated to a very warm welcome and a full tour of the refurbished offices, which are situated in the old Town Hall.

Infoteam International has produced 25 events in 13 countries across Europe in 2023 and looks forward to adding more CX events to their Information Security, Cyber Security and Data Management events in the coming year.
